Responsibilities:
- This position will collaborate with the news team to identify and write news stories to be published in the Tri-State and New England areas.
- This position will write, review, and edit copy working closely with copywriters and other editors.
- Work under the direction of the News and Media Relations director.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, communications, or relevant degree.
- Three years of relevant work experience demonstrating ability to communicate effectively in news. This can include experience with print, web, and digital communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a team.
